We had a great time staying at the four bedroom house on the golf course in Sandestin. Our family loved the location and the golf carts were great to get around the neighborhood for dining, drinks, beach time, pool time, golf, etc. Eric was super helpful and communication was great.

What an incredible place to while away a few days! The house is lovely, the location could not be better with quick access to the beach, shopping, grocery, restaurants, and pickleball (tennis and golf, too). What else could someone possibly need?!? The sunsets from the top deck were so incredible! Can’t wait for our next stay!

My stay at Eric’s house in Sandestin was nothing short of amazing! This is not my first time renting with Rentals by Eric, and as always, the experience was flawless. Eric is hands down the best host! He is so easy to work with and truly cares for his guests! The balcony puts you directly in touch with natural wildlife that comes with a beautiful bay view.
